KVH: 40+ Years of Maritime Leadership

At KVH Industries, Inc. (Nasdaq: KVHI), our mission is to enhance lives, enable business, and connect the world through innovative, integrated, and managed connectivity and IT solutions.

We are a leader in mobile connectivity, satellite TV, content, and network management, delivering multi-orbit, multi-channel hybrid connectivity solutions to an expanding worldwide subscriber base of commercial and leisure vessels along with land mobility and commercial applications.

Our global dealer, distributor, and service provider network offers airtime and technical support, installations, and field service, ensuring support is available where and when our customers need it.

Evolving from Hardware to Integrated Services

We have embarked on a multi-year evolution from a capital-intensive, hardware-focused business to an integrated service-oriented organization. During this process, we have divested ourselves of our non-core, non-connectivity businesses and maintained a debt-free balance sheet.

Our connectivity portfolio now includes legacy GEO (geosynschronous orbit) service, new LEO (low earth orbit) services, and 5G services. All of them are supported by the automation and resources necessary to expand our LEO and 5G business with minimal new OPEX investment.

Enhancing LEO Service & Experience for Users

LEO services and hardware are key drivers our rapid subscriber growth. Since investing in pre-paid Starlink data in mid-2024, we have become one of Starlink’s top mobility resellers. In January 2025, we also launched maritime OneWeb service and are now delivering LEO hardware and data for multiple services worldwide.

Providing Advanced, Scalable Network Management

Ships and yachts are extensions of office and home–mobile, connected network nodes carrying cargo and people and operating in an increasingly digitized environment. Our CommBox Edge Communications Gateway simplifies modern multi-orbit, multi-channel connectivity using premier, intuitive network and bandwidth using a versatile, secure and measurably faster SD-WAN architecture with cloud management.

But with the efficiency and speed offered by maritime digitization comes the increased risk of cyber threats that can put people, cargo, vessels, and business operations at risk, which is why we are rapidly expanding our cybersecurity service portfolio. At its heart is the CommBox Edge Secure Suite, which actively blocks harmful traffic in real time and reduces risks to a vessel’s network security.
